Are Leaders Born Or Made?

The debate of Born Leader versus Made Leader has been going on for centuries. This debate still continues but we now know that both the sides are partially correct.

The only thing a person must to have in order to become a leader is intelligence. He must also be smart enough. We know that leaders may not be the smartest people in group but he should be able to get the assigned job done. People usually grow up with certain characteristic and these characteristics matter in case of leadership.

How Hypnosis Works

Hypnosis is actually a trance like state wherein the subject is fully engaged to an extent that what he is focused on is what seems real to him. The most common forms of hypnosis are those that are done by ourselves. Reading an engaging book and watching a captivating movie are some forms of hypnosis that we undergo without even knowing that we have done it. What Does My Name Mean?

The question “what does my name mean” was not one that I had ever asked. I didn’t know my name had a meaning, other than the brief meaning you get in name books. I certainly didn’t know that my name was affecting my personality. I also didn’t know that the letters in my names were affecting the events in my life.

I knew I didn’t like my surname, and that it didn’t feel good when people said that name. And I did sometimes wonder why other people often seemed to achieve more than me, when I worked harder than they did! I also wondered why I struggled financially even though I had a good job.

Sir Winston Churchill was a great historian and statesman. The great leadership skills that he exhibited during wars, has secured him prime place in the British history. He is the best example of how you can overcome shortcomings and acquire a unique place in everyone’s heart.

What You Need To Succeed

You will not be able to succeed or achieve anything significant in your life without having motivation, the fuel that pushes you to get things done. You will either remain where you are at now, or you will progress through life at a slow pace.

You need motivation to get out of bed, to go to work, to exercise, to go to a movie. You also need motivation to help you quit any habits that you do not want, such as quitting smoking or alcohol.

You need a certain level of motivation to do everything in life. Motivation is central for personal and professional success, and in all areas of your life.
