What You Need To Succeed

You will not be able to succeed or achieve anything significant in your life without having motivation, the fuel that pushes you to get things done. You will either remain where you are at now, or you will progress through life at a slow pace.

You need motivation to get out of bed, to go to work, to exercise, to go to a movie. You also need motivation to help you quit any habits that you do not want, such as quitting smoking or alcohol.

You need a certain level of motivation to do everything in life. Motivation is central for personal and professional success, and in all areas of your life.

Boost Your Motivation Levels

I Am not Motivated Because I Can’t
A friend of mine told me once that he could never quit smoking because cigarettes were in his blood (he didn’t mean nicotine, just that he was deeply dependant on cigarettes and could not imagine living without them). If that’s the same way you feel, ask yourself one question: “What is the one thing that I want most in my life?”. Now imagine meeting a wizard that could make your wish come true only if you quit smoking. Would you be able to quit then? Of course you would!

Finding Happiness At Work, Part 2

While it’s true there can many factors that contribute to your unhappiness at work (a supervisor who does not listen, subordinates who try to undermine your decisions as well as ineffective meetings) always remember the real solution to change your current situation and to find happiness at work is to change your behavior and attitude. You must do this before you will begin to see any real change with your career.

Real Men With Real Tears Streaming Down Real Faces

Do you even wonder what keeps certain people going year after year? Those who read these articles must recognise by now that Paul is one of my heroes - NOT an idol, but a hero - there is an immense difference. What make Paul tick? What motivated him? What kept him so utterly faithful when so many circumstances - and people! - appeared to be going against him?

At the end of Acts Chapter 20, in the New Testament, we read of this moving scene, as Paul has this final meeting with these leaders of the Ephesian Church. He speaks of what he had done, and how he ministered during his time in Ephesus. He gives us the core - the heart - of his preaching.

Coaching Skills Are Crucial

The question for leaders in organizations today is how is it possible to promote information flow and arrive at the top of my competition? How is it possible to create a large gap between our competitors and ourselves? We should never become to comfortable. Before we know it, our competitors can come back and create the best new product or marketing strategy to lead the market.

Stay Organized During Summer Transitions

Summer can be one of the busiest times of the year for many people. With the end of school, graduations, summer camps, vacations, marriages, remodeling, home sales, relocations, etc. these types of events happen much more frequently during the summer than the rest of the year. Most of these occasions are considered happy and joyful milestones in our lives, but what we tend not to talk about openly is the stress factor involved in these life changes. One thing that may help is to bring back a sense of order in our lives with some time management tips and organizing hints.

How Law Of Attraction Helps In Personal Development

Law of attraction has been proven as the key to personal development. It helps in developing personal well being and self-motivation. As we all know that anything that happens to us has a reason behind it. Therefore, we should always forget the past failures and embarrassments, if anything wrong has happened to us. The past incidents should only be considered as the lessoning experience. By having this type of attitude towards life, we will really come up with the great outcomes in future, as it plays a significant role in promoting self-improvement and moving towards the path of success. But if the bygone happenings are not locked away on time, then they act as baggages and drag down our present life as well as in the future. This will adversely affect our overall personality.

Unlocking The Genius Within You

Everyone has their own “Intuitive Genius,” Whether you are a man, women or child, we all have this ability. However, we’ve never been taught how to use it and it’s very rarely modeled in the home or in our society.

How many times have you had a great idea that just seemed to “come to you.” That idea came from the part of you that has an abundance of creativity and knows what will work and how to “get you what you want.” We very rarely talk about or acknowledge that part of ourselves the way we focus on the intellectual side. Acknowledging that part and learning how to access it “at will” will go a very long way in helping you to make extremely successful personal and business decisions.

Replicate A Winners Mental Blueprint And Replicate Their Success

If we can replicate the way a winner runs his brain, then we can replicate the way they think and behave, and hence the results they produce. If others can walk on stage and deliver a speech with confidence, so can you.

If others are able to constantly direct their emotions to feel motivated and confident, so can you! If others display highly creative skills, you can do so too.

Remember, they are able to do so because they are running effective mental programs. With the same neurology, you just have to unlock their secrets and run your brain in exactly the same way.

Have You Climbed Seven Summits On Seven Continents?

Last week I attended Robert G. Allen’s, Enlightened Wealth Retreat in Washington, DC. I was learning how to become a millionaire and in the process I was inspired by a man who climbed seven of the world’s highest mountains on seven continents.

Robert Allen introduced this world class athlete to the audience and the speaker simply blew us away with his testimony. Want to know what he said to inspire me?

I am glad you asked. The individual that spoke is named Werner Berger, this gentleman is 70 years old and is the oldest person in North America to have climbed seven summits on seven continents.
