Finding Happiness At Work, Part 2

While it’s true there can many factors that contribute to your unhappiness at work (a supervisor who does not listen, subordinates who try to undermine your decisions as well as ineffective meetings) always remember the real solution to change your current situation and to find happiness at work is to change your behavior and attitude. You must do this before you will begin to see any real change with your career.

Your Inner Voice

Deep within us lies a “voice” our own voice, which has been created based on our past experiences, even the experiences we think we have forgotten about, or we don’t think about on a daily basis are buried deep within us. This inner voice that constantly speaks within you will be repeating those original events and messages to you daily.

If you have spent time building your confidence your inner voice will have very little control over you, it will be positive and reassuring the majority of the time, and you will be able to dismiss any negative messages. For people with low self esteem your inner voice will be your own worst enemy, your saboteur and critic, constantly belittling your efforts, punishing your mistakes and criticizing.

What Is External (results) Is A Manifestation Of What Is Internal (thoughts And Feelings)!

It was a wise decision to attend T. Harv Eker’s Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar. Although I have been engaging in personal development for the past 5 years, this is the very first time that I am actually attending it live. I have always had chances to attend a couple of live events but always proclaimed that I am too busy to set aside time to do it but this time round, I committed myself to do it.

How Law Of Attraction Helps In Personal Development

Law of attraction has been proven as the key to personal development. It helps in developing personal well being and self-motivation. As we all know that anything that happens to us has a reason behind it. Therefore, we should always forget the past failures and embarrassments, if anything wrong has happened to us. The past incidents should only be considered as the lessoning experience. By having this type of attitude towards life, we will really come up with the great outcomes in future, as it plays a significant role in promoting self-improvement and moving towards the path of success. But if the bygone happenings are not locked away on time, then they act as baggages and drag down our present life as well as in the future. This will adversely affect our overall personality.

Balancing Positive And Negative Feedback

Feedback.

We all want it, we all need it, but we don’t always know what to do with it – and we don’t always know how to give it.

There is much good advice and wise counsel that can be shared about how to give feedback more effectively; however, in this article I want to focus on providing balanced feedback as one way to make it more useful, accepted and effective. But before we get too far into making feedback balanced, we must define the four

types of feedback:

Negative feedback, or corrective comments about past behavior. These are things that didn’t go well.

Replicate A Winners Mental Blueprint And Replicate Their Success

If we can replicate the way a winner runs his brain, then we can replicate the way they think and behave, and hence the results they produce. If others can walk on stage and deliver a speech with confidence, so can you.

If others are able to constantly direct their emotions to feel motivated and confident, so can you! If others display highly creative skills, you can do so too.

Remember, they are able to do so because they are running effective mental programs. With the same neurology, you just have to unlock their secrets and run your brain in exactly the same way.
