The Happiest People I Know

Where are you headed? The happiest, most successful and satisfied people I know can all answer that question without hesitation. Are you one of them?

Have you ever felt like you’re so busy living the day to day that you never have time to listen to that annoying niggle telling you to take time out to sit down and figure out your goals?

How many of us can truly say that we understand ourselves, that we ‘know who we are’, have a clear idea of our values and beliefs, and that we know what we want out of life? Can you?

Energy Flows Where Attention Goes

Energy flows where attention goes.” With the latest example of violence at Virginia Tech, millions of Americans and people around the world are asking, “What’s the cause?”

We are a nation inundated with violence from every angle. One manifestation of this is the current ever-increasing popularity of violent horror films. In fact, according to an article I recently read in a major paper, “the more violent the better.”

Graphic images of violence in the media are now common place, and our senses have become deadened to depictions of violence. Is it any wonder that since Generation Y (or the Internet Generation) has grown up their entire lives watching graphic violence in their own living rooms night after night, that this would be programmed into them as “normal?”

Is It Possible To Do Submission Grappling Without Getting Injured?

Is it possible to be a grappler and train injury free? By some reactions that I’ve received in the past, many tend to think that grappling “injury-free” is very possible. Some grapplers like to believe that most injuries could be avoided if training partners were more considerate and less competitive while training.

Discover 3 Creative Visualization Techniques That Really Work

I know these techniques work because I, or the people I know, have had direct experiences of results coming out of putting these creative visualization techniques into practice.

“Treasure Map”

The treasure map technique simply involves you creating a tangible picture of what you want.

You can either draw it, if you’re good at drawing, or you can cut out pictures from magazines, newspapers, photos and create a collage of what it is you want to manifest.

Make it as vivid, colourful and realistic as possible. Place it somewhere you can see it and meditate on it every day.

Dream A Little Dream Of…?

Where do I start?

It is very easy to get swept along in life, just drifting, day to day, waiting to see what will happen next, who you’ll meet and where that will take you. Sometimes this is just right, waiting to see what the universe delivers next and where it leads you is very exciting.

There is a danger however of that drifting becoming a habit, turning into procrastination, fear and stagnation. Five years down the line, you are still in the same position, berating yourself and your life for the fact that you never achieve anything or move forward!

Please Prove Me Wrong!

My colleagues and I in our Home-Based Business Owners Consortium known as KOG Unity PLUS Group ponder this conundrum almost daily. Consider our points of agreement. Opportunities to succeed abound today as never before in history. Immutable and powerful principles govern success and deliver prosperity to everyone in alignment with them. The Internet provides us with one of the most powerful tools of opportunity for success ever in human history. Now consider our point of contention. About 90 percent of my more than 1,000 colleagues around the country believe that if you construct an amazing opportunity and set the investment at a price almost everyone can afford, thousands of people will flock to the offering. I, on the other hand, believe that most people’s minds have become so adapted to failure and so accepting of the so-called inevitability of horrendous circumstances that skepticism and fear hinder their progress.

Have You Climbed Seven Summits On Seven Continents?

Last week I attended Robert G. Allen’s, Enlightened Wealth Retreat in Washington, DC. I was learning how to become a millionaire and in the process I was inspired by a man who climbed seven of the world’s highest mountains on seven continents.

Robert Allen introduced this world class athlete to the audience and the speaker simply blew us away with his testimony. Want to know what he said to inspire me?

I am glad you asked. The individual that spoke is named Werner Berger, this gentleman is 70 years old and is the oldest person in North America to have climbed seven summits on seven continents.
